Tim Clifton, Chief Executive Officer, has 25 years of experience working in government service, international peacekeeping operations and the oil & gas and mining industries.

He has managed exploration operations and directed country entry strategies on three continents for BHP Billiton Ltd, the world’s largest mining company, and for ROC Oil Ltd, one of Australia’s leading independent oil and gas companies. He has worked in sectors as diverse as oil and gas, diamonds and base metals.

His experience ranges from high-level strategic planning through the day-to-day running of operations. He has wide experience of start-up operations and the creation and implementation of rigorous HSE and CSR policies and procedures.

He speaks a number of languages, including Portuguese, French and Spanish. He resides in New Delhi, India.

Nagaraj Bedathur, Director, India and Sub-Continent, has over 20 years experience in non-financial risk management, business and public policy research, journalism, and corporate social responsibility.

He has advised a large number of multinational and Indian companies operating across a range of industry sectors as diverse as oil and gas, mining, financial, manufacturing, IT & ITES, maritime and philanthropy, and has led many field based risk assessment and business intelligence projects, including in conflict zones.

Prior to his career in Risk Management, Nagaraj was a journalist with leading English language publications such as The Indian Express and Deccan Herald where he covered politics and policy, elections and Parliament.
